FUNDRAISING

 

On Thursday 19th December Mount Pleasant Junior School held a fundraising day

 to raise money for the New Hope Rural Leprosy Trust.

Year 6 organised various games and activities

Pupils paid 50p for non uniform

Staff donated money instead of sending each other Christmas cards

 

 

We raised a fantastic £469

 Purchase a cow and calf to provide milk for the children

 

Purchase a new customised wheelchair for the teacher

 

 

Fix the water pump in the leprosy colony

Writing Information Meeting for Year 4 Parents

Tuesday 11th February 2014

2:00 p.m. - 3:10 p.m.

 

 

Year 4 Parents are invited to a very important meeting to find out how to help their children improve their writing.

 

There will also be an opportunity to look at and buy study guides and workbooks.
